Personal
I studied Mathematics at the University of Barcelona (2006-2010). I stayed there for one more year studying a master degree of Advanced and Professional Mathematics (2010-2011). In 2011 I moved to the Centre de Recerca Matematica (Center for Mathematical Research) to earn my PhD under the supervision of Dr. Tomas Alarcon. My PHD topic was Stochastic Modelling of cellular populations: Effects on latency and feedback. Since January 2015, I have been working at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute (Ottawa, Canada) as a postdoctoral fellow in the Bioinformatics group under the supervision of Dr. Theodore J. Perkins.
